Thai Yoga Massage was created 2,500 years ago by Doctor Jivaka (the Buda’s doctor) and further developed by the Buddhist Monks who incorporated more than 200 combinations of rhythmic strokes, guided yoga stretching and deep gentle acupressure that soothes physical aches and aligns the body’s internal mind and spiritual energies

Thai Traditional Massage
This is one of our most popular services available. With more than 200 techniques, Thai Yoga Massage can stretch the mind as much as muscles and joints; Yoga combinations with rhythmic strokes, guided stretching and acupressure that soothes physical aches and aligns the body’s internal mind and spiritual energies

Healing with Hands
Is an ancient Ayurveda therapy consisting on pressing the body with rhythmic gentle movements using: hands, fingers, elbows and even knees, to eliminate tension points and to alleviate: back, shoulder & neck pain. Also helps with: sciatica , carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, IT band, Plantar Fasciitis, as well as digestion, respiratory problems, stress, depression and anxiety
Reflexology & Acupressure
Reflexology and acupressure go back to ancient Egypt and China, The theory is that there are certain points or "reflex areas and pressure points" on the feet, face, shoulders and hands that are connected energetically to specific organs and body parts through energy channels in the body. It consist on applying pressure to reflex areas, to remove energy blockages and promote health in the related body area as well as helping with stress, anxiety and depression
